I hate when I forget...

I had all these cool things to write about buy I never came around to log on and write it on the blog. I'm still rowing which is one of the best things I have done in awhile. I'm on one crew, the Bladerunners, but I want to join as many crews as possible. I just love the idea that I'm close to the Colorado River/Town Lake and there is also a river/lake in the middle of Austin. Damn I love Austin, TX.

I can't believe that Matt Bellamy of MUSE is going out with Kate Hudson. I don't mind him going out with another woman after his break up with Gaia Polloni but he had to pick Kate Hudson. I find it hilarious that she was interested in Thom Yorke but he was very unresponsive. I didn't know that Matt split up with Gaia until the whole thing with him and Kate Hudson came about. Gaia and Matt was suppose to have a happy ending but it didn't and I was sad for both of them. They went out for the longest time. I just want Matt to be happy and I don't want him to get hurt.

A Self-Appointed Muse

Dear Honey Bunny,

Would you believe if I told you I'm your self-appointed muse? I would love to give your creativity and inspiration. Though you seemed shocked that I burned you some BRMC and told you what it meant. They are not horrible and sinners. Well I guess you can call them restless sinners.

By the way, those CDs I give you are my way of giving you love letters. Musicians use love as their inspiration for their songs. The music speaks for itself.

A new active lifestyle

I'm on a Rowing high

Love rowing. On Thursday I went on those singles which is called sculling and it was amazing. I was hesitant at first but it was so cool. I figure I'm that type of person that loves working out in alternative spaces. I hate going to a gym. It bores me to death. Speaking of which I need to cancel my gym contract.

What I wouldn't do for you if we're together?

1. give you my SXSW badge. i love you but i'm not going to get my badge confiscated for you.

2. hunting. saw those photos of you hunting. if you enjoy it, then fine. i'll do the fishing. i've been fishing with my dad though not a pro. BTW, i love deers!

3. go clothes shopping. i wouldn't put any guy through that.

4. change your taste in music. c'mon i'm open minded. obviously you love country and Americana music.

5. change your taste in clothes...see number 4

THERE! Now do you want to know what I would do if we're together?

I asked him this....

Me: I will give you (pulled out CDs that I burned) M.Ward, Bright Eyes, Elliot Smith and two magazines I got from SXSW (one was American Songwriters and the other is Music Connection - which had a listing of agents and managers) for your autograph.

He signed and I had my photo taken with him.

Him: Don't forget this (his autographed photo)

Me: Thank you. Enjoy your music!

Him: Thanks.

I think we were both giddy. Maybe in a different dimension we can both get married to each other.

The likelihood of me and him getting married - The Smiths would have a reunion than us getting married.

Heard that it's graduation day at UT.

Ah graduation. June is going to mark my 10 years that I have graduated from UCSB.

I miss those days where we

protested the cancellation of ethnic studies,
elimination of affirmative action,
the fact that the school was literally on the beach,
tar on your feet when you walk on the beach,
laid back campus,
people that you know by familiarity,
parties (though I never did any of that)
crappy roommates,
my first introduction of hanging out of indie coffeehouses...etc.

Have I left out anything else.
